This status indicates that your parcel was returned for one or more of the following reasons, but not limited to:
- Prohibited Items: The contents violate the list of restricted items.

Dimension/Weight Restrictions: The parcel exceeds the maximum allowable dimensions or weight.
- Pickup: Weight ≤25 kg, single side ≤1.05 m, or total volume <0.1 m³
- Drop-off: Weight ≤12 kg, single side ≤1.05 m, or sum of three sides <120 cm
- Label Issues: Cancelled or invalid shipping label, or duplicate tracking number.
- Undeliverable: The receiver's address was incorrect, or delivery could not be completed after multiple attempts.
