If your parcel cannot be delivered to the receiver's address, the courier will attempt to return it to the sender's address. The default return address is the pickup address provided during label creation.
Please note:
- Return Shipping Fee: A return shipping fee will apply for returned parcels.
- Address Accuracy: Ensure the recipient's domestic street address is accurate and complete, and monitor your shipment's tracking status regularly.

Our courier partner may have to permanently dispose of dangerous or prohibited goods that cannot be delivered or safely returned.
