To minimise delays and prevent lost parcels, please follow these label application guidelines carefully:
- Packaging Requirements
- Use packaging free of old labels or markings.
- Ensure at least one flat surface measures at least 15×11 cm for label placement.
- Label Specifications
- Placement: Apply the label to the widest side of the parcel.
- Avoid: Seams, sealing tape, or parcel edges.
- Never cover: Barcodes or address information.
- Barcode Quality
- The barcode on the label uses Code 128C format for optimal scanning.
- Ensure the barcode is printed clearly without any smudging or damage.
- The barcode height should be at least 12.7mm with adequate quiet zones on both sides.
- Application
- Secure all edges with clear tape to prevent the label from peeling off during transit.
