I won’t be at home at the time of delivery. What do I do?

OrangePAK parcels are set with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default. If you won't be home during delivery, the driver will leave your parcel unattended in a secure, protected location (such as a covered porch, locked mailbox, or designated safe spot).

If the driver determines there is no safe place to leave your parcel, the following alternative options may apply:

• Collection from Drop-Off Point: The courier may opt to take the parcel to the closest drop-off location (such as a local post office or parcel locker) where you can securely collect it.
• Courier Contact: You may be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time or alternative arrangements.
