Shipping Coverage
Orange Connex currently supports domestic shipments within Australia only (does not include New Zealand). It is a shipping service for all types of senders, providing reliable delivery for parcels within Australia and offering end-to-end tracking.
For Receivers
Track your parcel:
Enter your Orange Connex tracking number (starting with "AX", 16 characters) to view real-time updates on the tracking page.
For Senders
Use the Seller Portal:
Sign in, book a parcel, and select the shipping method (available for Pickup or Drop-off).
Generate labels and tracking:
Receive your tracking number, print the shipping label, and attach it to the parcel.
- For Pickup: Our driver will collect the parcel from your address on the scheduled pickup date.
- For Drop-off: Drop off the parcel at any partner location, and our driver will collect the parcel at the store.
