Shipping Coverage
Orange Connex (OC) currently supports domestic shipments within Australia only (does not include New Zealand).
OrangePAK is the domestic shipping service operated by Orange Connex for all types of senders, providing reliable delivery for orders within Australia. It offers end-to-end tracking.
For Receivers
Track your parcel:
Enter your Orange Connex tracking number (starting with "AX", 16 characters) to view real-time updates on the OC tracking page.
For Senders
Use the Seller Portal:
Sign in, create an order, and select the shipping method (available for Pickup or Dropoff).
Generate labels and tracking:
Receive your tracking number, print the shipping label (thermal size), and attach it to the parcel.
- For Pickup: Our driver will collect the parcel from your address on the scheduled pickup date.
- For Dropoff: Drop off the parcel at any HUBBED ParcelPoints location, and our driver will collect the parcel at the store.
