Dropping off at our partner locations
- Locate a Drop-off Location: Visit our Drop-off Locations page and search for your nearest store.
- Prepare Your Parcel: Print the thermal-size label and securely attach it to your parcel. Ensure the barcode is clearly visible and not covered.
- At the Drop-off Location: Hand your parcel to the store staff. They will scan the label barcode to confirm the drop-off. Once scanned, the tracking will be updated automatically.
- Keep Your Receipt: Always remember to get your receipt as proof of drop-off.
Note: The courier will collect parcels from the drop-off location according to their scheduled pickup date and complete the final delivery to the receiver.
