OrangePAK offers two shipping options:

Pickup (Door-to-Door)When creating your label, select the Pickup option and choose your preferred pickup date. The courier will collect the parcel from your address.
- Pickup weight limit: ≤25 kg
- Pickup dimension limit: Single side ≤1.05 m or volume <0.1 m³

Dropoff (via Partner Locations)Print your label and drop off the parcel at any drop-off location. There are over 1,300 across Australia.
- Drop-off weight limit: ≤12 kg
- Drop-off dimension limit: Single side ≤1.05 m or sum of three sides <120 cm
