OrangePAK pickups are scheduled based on the pickup date selected when you create your shipping label. Our pickup hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
When creating an order:
- Select Pickup as your shipping option.
- Choose your preferred available pickup date.
- Print and attach the shipping label to your parcel.
- Have the parcel ready at the pickup address on the scheduled date.
Our courier partner will collect the parcel from the sender's address according to the scheduled pickup date.
The exact pickup time may vary depending on our courier partner's route and operational schedule. Make sure your parcel is properly packed, labelled, and ready for collection during the pickup hours.
