Authority to Leave (ATL) means your parcel can be delivered without requiring a signature.
OrangePAK parcels are Authority to Leave (ATL) by default. If you are not home at the time of delivery, our courier partner may leave your parcel in a safe and secure location at the delivery address, such as a covered porch, locked mailbox, or another suitable protected area.
If our courier partner determines that there is no safe place to leave the parcel, they may take it to a nearby collection point or make other delivery arrangements.
Once a parcel has been left at the delivery address under ATL, it is considered delivered. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address where possible.
