Orange Connex Domestic Cancellation Policy

For Pickup: Parcels can only be cancelled before the courier has picked up the parcel (first pickup scan). Once the driver has collected the parcel, cancellation is no longer possible.

For Drop-off: Parcels can only be cancelled before they are scanned at a drop-off location. Once the parcel has been scanned at the store, cancellation is no longer possible.

For Pickup: The driver may still accept and process the parcel. You may be responsible for the corresponding shipping charges or a return fee if the parcel enters the courier network after cancellation.

For Drop-off: The drop-off location will reject the parcel if the cancellation was successfully processed with our partner. If accepted, you may be responsible for the corresponding shipping charges or a return fee if the parcel enters the courier network after cancellation.
