How to Use:
- Select Drop-off during order creation.
- Package and label your items individually & securely.
- Bring your parcel to the nearest partner store.
Pickup Service
Pickup brings logistics to your doorstep, saving you travel time and physical effort—especially for high volumes or bulky items.
Key Benefits:
- Convenience: Collect parcels directly from your residence or workplace.
- Batch Order-Friendly: Ideal for shipping multiple parcels at once without having to carry them.
- Heavy/Large Items: Recommended for parcels that are difficult to transport manually. Check our size & weight limits here.
How to Use:
- Select Pickup during creation and choose your preferred date.
- Package and label your items individually & securely.
- Sort your parcels by assigned courier partner to avoid any mix-up.
- Keep your parcels accessible at the designated address during the chosen window.
Size & Weight Limits
Drop-off: Weight ≤12 kg, single side ≤1.05 m, or sum of three sides <120 cm
Pickup: Weight ≤25 kg, single side ≤1.05 m, or total volume <0.1 m³
