How do I create an order?

Access your Seller Portal.

Choose your preferred mode: Pickup (driver collects from your address) or Dropoff (drop off at a partner location)

Enter the parcel dimensions and weight.

If choosing Pickup, select your preferred pickup date. (You can only select 3 days from the order creation date)

Generate the shipping label.

Print the thermal-size label and attach it to your parcel.
