Packaging Requirements:
- Outer Packaging: Must use a strong, rigid outer box (e.g., heavy-duty fiberboard).
- No Mixed Types: Do not mix different battery types within the same box.
- Weight Limit: Maximum net quantity of lithium batteries or cells per package is 5 kg (excluding the weight of attached equipment).
- Custom Battery Mark: Sellers are responsible for preparing and affixing the appropriate Battery Mark label to the exterior package.

Compliance & Legal Terms:Technical Documentation: Per Section C (Clause 5) of the General Terms & Conditions (GTC), senders must provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS), technical documentation, and battery clearance info required by local Australian laws and carrier sub-contractors upon request.
- Non-Compliance Notice: Orange Connex does not verify pre-shipment documentation for regulatory sufficiency. If packaging or documentation rules are violated, packages may be delayed, returned, seized, or destroyed without prior notice at the sender’s expense.
