If your order exceeds the specified size or weight limits, it will be returned to you. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable return fees, and surcharges may also apply.
Size and weight limits:
- Pickup: Weight ≤25 kg, single side ≤1.05 m, or total volume <0.1 m³
- Drop-off: Weight ≤12 kg, single side ≤1.05 m, or sum of three sides <120 cm
Surcharges:
- Oversize Surcharge: Applies when any single side exceeds 1.05 m
- Over Limit Surcharge: Applies when weight or dimensions exceed the maximum limits
To avoid additional charges and delays, always verify your parcel's dimensions and weight before shipping.
